Background

Tata Generators is represented in the Kerala market by its OEM, Whispower Generators Pvt Ltd, an over 30 year old company based in Kochi. The company is the only integrated generator supplier in the market having all divisions, such as manufacturing, motor winding service, LT panel manufacturing and Diesel engine service, under one roof. Whispower found sales dwindling with the sales team not generating sufficient orders despite many efforts.

Action

A few brands have the maximum market share in the generator industry. Evoke Ideation is involved in the selection, training and monitoring of a new sales team. We also worked on developing new sales strategies for the Company.
