Digital marketing for Frontline Academy of Logistics


Logistics is a very fast growing sector with many opportunities for qualified candidates. While many logistics institutes provide theoretical training, without experience it is difficult to get a good job. Frontline Academy of Logistics (FAL) offers students a unique 6 month on job training which gives them hands-on experience into working in different departments of a logistics company.


Our digital marketing strategies helped Frontline Academy double its student base and the Academy is now poised to enter new territories.


Frontline Academy of Logistics is a part of the Frontline Group, a business group with a presence across the Middle East and activities in a wide range of sectors from logistics to hospitality. Frontline Academy of Logistics has a one-year post-graduate course in logistics from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, UK. The key differentiator for FAL is that all students undergo a 6-month on-job training at the Frontline Logistics offices in India and the Gulf. This prepares students better for their careers allowing them to select the most department that best suits them.


We were assigned the digital marketing strategy and execution for Frontline Academy to help them grow the number of students as well as establish their brand in the region.


We developed a strategy for posting regular and engaging content on the Academy’s social media handles. This helped increase the number of followers as well as improve interactions with the posts. Simultaneously, we used targeted digital marketing to reach out to youngsters through Instagram, create awareness about the Academy and to enquire about the courses there. This helped increase the number of students in the courses resulting in the Academy looking at opening in new markets.


The student base of the Academy doubled. Followers on Facebook and Instagram increased by more than 2.5 times and interactions increased by almost 1.5 times.

Evoke Ideation have been working with Frontline Academy of Logistics for more than a year as marketing consultants. They have primarily been focussing on helping us grow our student base as well as build an online community through our social media handles.
