Background

Global Heights Properties & Developers was launching Lakeshore Gardens, a premium villa condominium, set in picturesque surroundings on the banks of the Vembanad Lake.

Challenge

Cochin is Kerala’s fastest growing real estate market. There were a number of premium villa projects being launched at that time with little differentiation. This villa project was located on a backwater area a little further from the city and in an area where there were few residential projects. Moreover, the promoters were new in the market so there was no project track record to talk of. The challenge was to make the project stand out and attract the attention of high net worth individuals.

Action

Evoke Ideation developed and implemented strategy for the launch and marketing of Lakeshore Gardens. Through advertising, online content and videos we brought out the premium and unique features of this property and positioned it as the ideal city home that is like a resort. There was also a high profile launch event where selected guests were invited.

Result

Number of enquiries increased more that 450% and a number of villas were sold in the project.
