Sales consultancy for an established generator manufacturer

Background:
Tata Generators is represented by its OEM, Whispower Generators Pvt Ltd, an over 30 year old based in Kochi. The company is the only integrated generator supplier in the market having all divisions, such as manufacturing, motor winding service, LT panel manufacturing and Diesel engine service, all departments under one roof. Whispower found sales dwindling with the sales team not generating sufficient orders despite many efforts.

Objective:
The Company needed to set up a sales team that delivered results

Action:
Evoke Ideation is involved in the selection, training and monitoring of the sales team and has also worked on developing new sales strategies for the Company.

Result:
A new sales team was appointed. Initial results in terms of enquiries and sales have been promising and doubled. Sales team is now self sufficient
